INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
COURT CASE AUDITING DEPARTMENT
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: Provides legal interpretation in the form of
analysis, writing, and research, to support the auditing and/or
production of information and data collection for ENDLESS FRAUD
DETECTION SERVICES, COURT CASE AUDITING DEPARTMENT.
We currently have some outstanding opportunities in our Auditing Departments for intern positions within ENDLESS FRAUD DETECTION SERVICES. These positions will expose the intern to a broad array of cutting-edge auditing techniques, practice areas of law/auditing supporting our internal auditing base by providing audits the auditing FAUD DETECTION SERVICES Auditing departments and to carry out our mission to provide excellent client services. The interns will also obtain practical in-house auditing experience that will enable them to gain relevant experience with many different legal departments around the country.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Content Creation and Preparation (80%):
Research electronic legal resources to create information on Court
Compliance requirements for cases. Continually review and analyze new laws and regulations affecting Judges Compliance issues. Write and maintain summary documents about compliance topics for specific Judges.
2. Individual and Team (10%): Attends and participates in team meetings, prioritizes own work, participates in the Court evaluation process.
3. Product Responsibility (5%): Monitors legal trends and developments relating to Auditing Criminal and Civil Court cases for instances of Fraud committed by agents of the
Court.
4. Troubleshooting and Analysis (5%): Ensures publishability and responsibility for audited information integrity, the integration of new information, and content of information. Reviews and audits data and changes. Resolves issues that develop during the auditing process
Must be enrolled in an accredited school pursuing a degree. Ideal Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. The preferred candidate is detail oriented, creative, articulate, personable, and self-confident with good interpersonal,
organization, researching, and communication skills. Working effectively as part of a team is essential along with the ability to prioritize and
multi task is critical to success. Candidates must be dependable and reliable in meeting target deliverables according to schedule and expectations. Good customer skills are important along with proficiency
in MS Excel, MS Word, Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, and Outlook applications. MS and other web collaboration experience is a plus.
Interested candidates should possess strong analytical, writing and communications skills, and have an interest in law and technology and streamlining legal processes. Prior coursework in law/auditing (including legal research and writing) and academic or practical experience in a legal/auditing environment is strongly preferred.
Provide a writing sample 2nd or 3rd Year Law Student 2nd, 3rd or 4thYear Undergraduate with an interest in Law or Technology List of References (verified)
Letter of Recommendation from instructor.
